  • Responsible for managing parts limits tasks, drive new part deliveries through the procurement process, analyze opportunities for limits implementation, manage customer deliverable schedule to ensure targets met, align MRP with true needs to meet customer deliverables, manage & review tech data, manage CIP (component improvement program) tasks and drive incorporation into the fleet, manage part redesigns/changes, manage applicable TCTOs (time compliant technical orders) applicable to the FAN and External Hardware for all Modules, manage part inventory and warehousing, manage forecasts of new & repaired parts, manage flying hour changes as they impact demand planning/MRP, manage raw material changes, manage supplier transitions and performance (performance through KPIs), manage schedule planning, brief senior leadership and customer (USAF) on hot topics, manage critical supportability gaps, manage safety risks as related to the FAN and all modules impacted (External's hardware rolls up to all Modules within the F119 Engine)
  • KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
  • Continued to achieve or exceed all Customer (United States Air Force) deliverables as of 2022 and since Jan. 2025
  • Deep-Look-Process - (semi-yearly process) - decreased the next engine interval predicted fallout rates on 30+ parts reducing the program’s reliance on new part production at the next interval (provides over $500k in cost savings to the F119 program)
  • Affordability Driven – reducing the cost of overhaul on the F119 engine by 5% per year by reducing reliance on new part deliveries driven by implementing new limits or repairs on highly repairable parts
