Currently as a staff pharmacist: responsible for order entry, overseeing technicians and interns, providing clinical information to hospital staff, monitoring drug therapy as needed, preparing chemotherapy and other IV admixtures, member of Policy and Procedures Committee, familiar with Pyxis ES/Logistics, EPIC, BD IV Prep and Insight Rx systems.

Formerly as clinical pharmacist: responsible for attending ICU rounds and discharge planning meetings, medication reconciliation, counseling, reviewing for core measures, member of Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee.

As a staff pharmacist: filled prescriptions for a large volume long term care pharmacy, on call coverage, responsible for intern schedule.

As a consultant pharmacist: provided monthly chart review at skilled nursing facilities and held behavioral management meetings.
