  • Global Commissions Processing Improvement: Spearheaded efforts across global team leaders to centralize commissions processing from 5 mutually exclusive teams into a single high performing, energetic team reducing manual payroll entries by ~180 hours and ~2,400 transactions annually.
  • Training Design & Delivery: Managed the content design and delivery of all instructor-led compensation plan and system trainings delivered to the sales managers and their teams. Also managed the delivery of materials and live trainings at our booth within the technology showcase at our annual sales conferences.
  • Virtual Team Leadership: Managed an international team of professionals ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of commissions payments and training to 2,100+ sales employees, while fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional growth.
  • Commission Tool Development: Key role in the design, development & testing of new homegrown commission tool (My Commissions) implemented in 2009. New design automated more than 90% of the manual tasks. Received an IT Excellence Award for my contributions.
