  • Completed 100% equipment inventory on $4M of equipment every six months. Took inventory and examined merchandise to identify items for reorder or replenishment. Responded to supervisory questions about supply selections and quantities. Managed data entry and was solely responsible for inputting supply inventories, lot numbers, expiration dates, and locations for all supplies. Redistributed, issued, or distributed materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers based on information from incoming requisitions.
  • Maintained more than $24M total worth of tools and equipment in various settings. Spotted and marked stock items using identification tags stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment. Read orders to merge catalog numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise. Reviewed quantities and maintained levels to prevent shortfalls.   • Managed inventory recall messages by locating recalled inventory. Returned items to companies for replacements or disposed of defective items as directed in recall messages.
  • Coordinated and participated in pickup of oncoming supplies and the loading onto ship to storerooms. Reconciled invoices to confirm items ordered and received for correctness. Kept records of incoming and outgoing property orders.
  • Secured storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Stocked and cleaned shelves, racks, cases, bins, and aisles in orderly and accessible manner to maintain sanitation standards, organization of items and First In- First Out standards.
  • Packed and unpacked items to for inventory onto shelves and into storerooms. Physically inspected products for defects and damage. Reported damaged items to quality control manager. Generated work orders for repairs on equipment and instrumentation. Disposed of salvaged material in accordance with organizational needs. Kept records of used or damaged stock.
