To Whom It May Concern:
Christina Cary served as Director of The Storehouse at Grace Assembly of God from 2014-2016.
I recommend Christina as a valuable asset to any organization due to a strong work ethic and
tireless energy given to others.
Christina was responsible to develop both short and long term ministry goals that met many needs
in our community. She designed and maintained the ministry space. Christina was responsible to
develop partnerships with local businesses, churches and individuals to promote donations. She
coordinated and scheduled large donation pick-ups from donors including personnel and
vehicles/trucks. Christina directly communicated with prospective donors via email or cell phone.
She weekly scheduled and trained the volunteers for all positions during donation, sorting and
shopping hours. It was also Christina’s responsibility to manage the client database and check-in
procedures. She communicated with the pastors, the congregation, and other county agencies.
This was vital for recruiting volunteers, securing donations and reaching prospective clients. The
responsibility for community outreach to organizations to host donation drives was imperative to
keep the shelves stocked. She maintained the records and receipts and then reported those
numbers back to the staff at Grace Assembly monthly.
Christina Cary had the reputation at Grace of being an incredibly hard worker with an eye for
perfection and detail. She would make a great leader to any team.
Sincerely,
Wayne Murray
