I also had an opportunity to be barber boxers intern during this time as well and worked for children’s lobby association through Sacramento ca.

I worked at the Grass Valley site at Silver Springs school for 8 years and 4 months in total. I had the opportunity of having training situations through Early Head Start. Loose parts, Angie play, and lots of PTIC trainin.. I have learned a lot from this site and I would love to have the opportunity to share all my learning experience from the Head Start program to other programs.

1996-2000 ( California Youth Re positive for Nevada county/Placer county)
I was hired on by Independent Living skills for Placer County. we collaborated with Nevada County independent skills for foster youth and I was the founder of California youth connections (cyc) for foster youth in Northern California for Nevada and Placer County's. The California youth connection program was a youth run organisation. for foster youth and former Foster youth main. The offices in San Francisco California, which we visited quarterly.
We proposed bills at the state capital every year. We help facilitate different conferences to help support the youth in the system. This program give the Foster youths a voice and that they can change some of the system in a positive way. I was a part of 25 bills that got passed from 1996 through 2000. to help better the foster care system. I would help guide these youth to empower their opinions through legislation I was one of the youth in the year of 1996 who applied to go to Washington DC to speak on the federal level for California and represent Nevada County and Placer county in the state of California for foster youth.
There was a lot of youths who applied, but I was one of the 25 who got accepted. this was a wonderful experience. I got to meet Doris Matsui, Bill Clinton's top aide at the time. I got to spoke at the White House.
2000/2003- Quail Ridge convalescent and Rehabilitation home: dietary cook / dishwasher Responsible for prepping pulling Foods preparing dietary needs for different clients.
January 2000-May 2001 Bid well and breakfast. morning cook, made orders of food on menu,cleaned up kitchen area. house cleaning, striped rooms that were used and cleaned them. Bathrooms, beds, dusted, vacuumed.
2006-2013 assist children in homework after school had a lot of disabled children with autism down and other learning disabilities in my child care well known throughout the years in Nevada County approximately 12 years working with children through Sierra Nevada children's agency and private parties interested in my child care business. I had to prepare food for the children which is healthy meal and snacks. I was also responsible for the care of infants all the way up to the age of 14 I also provided weekend care and emergency care I was responsible for the care of all children during operation hours of my business.
2016 may/Dec 2016 Silver Springs Early Head Start. Supervisor Jolene was the supervisor of that site at the time. work there for a total of 5 months learned drdp, asq's and writing a day by day entry like a journal of each individual child I had in my class. ( journey of discoveries pages).
May 2016-June 2018 Preschool teacher at Little Friends Child Development Center. Loose Parts training for 9 months to Early Head Start. Provided standard care for Early Head Start students and regular private pay Little Friends students. Taught a basic curriculum for preschool Incorporated lease Parts after training took notes for asq's and drdps. Communicated with each individual parent professionally. Helped prepare lunches and snacks and some.
Crystal Ridge Care Center/ August/September 2019 -2020 housekeeping responsible for cleaning rooms restocking bathrooms stripping rooms and remaking beds folding laundry bedding and linens restocking linen cabinets and setting up personal clothing for residence
