• Triage and assign appropriate ESI levels
• Assess and stabilize critical patients: STEMI, cardiac arrest, ROSC, stroke, seizure, trauma, anaphylaxis, sepsis, DKA
• Manage IV drips: Cardizem, Propofol, Vasodilators, Vasopressors, TPA, Heparin
• Monitor and manage care of patients on ventilators, BiPAP, High Flow
• Work collaboratively with ER physicians, specialists, internists, and all ancillary support staff

• Assess and manage care of patients with: CHF, COPD, diabetes, sepsis, cancer
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care
• Educate and support patients and patients’ families on hospice and end-of-life care
