Regarding Social Media Including LinkedIn

In 2020, I (and others in my social circle) became subject to an online harassment campaign by my ex-partner. This caused me to eliminate my online social media presence including my LinkedIn profile and network. While it was/is not ideal, I did this for safety and mental health reasons. In lieu, I have created this site to allow me to share additional information about myself and professional achievements in a more protected and restricted environment. I also have many professional references that can share more about my experience, skills, and knowledge. I hope employers and hiring managers will understand. Continued Learning of HR

I am a student of business, leadership, management, and HR/People. I am dedicated to keeping abreast of what is happening in these fields by being a continuous learner. I am an avid reader and target reading 8-10 books on these topics per year. I am currently reading: Culture Renovation, Actions Speak Louder (A Guide to Becoming an Inclusive Workplace), L&D's Playbook, and The Training Measurement Book, My other most recent reads in late 2022/early 2023 are: Measure What Matters, Find Your Why, Business Focused HR, and Good Charts. I also read SHRM updates daily and review Littler and Fischer Phillips employment law updates regularly.
