Summary

I have taught grades 4-6 during my twenty-five years at Corning School District and retired in 2019; however, I stay abreast of research and seek ways to always improve teaching and effectiveness with students and parents. I am a team player but definitely have opinions on things that matter. I work in small groups to ensure that students' needs are met. I try to provide intervention and enrichment depending on the needs of each student. I work closely with teachers and parents while understanding and reinforcing the goals of the district. I have always had a great rapport with students. I address things that need to be addressed but pick my battles.
