Responsible for oversight of compliance for 3 area hospice agencies. Ensure compliance for state and other regulatory surveys. Member of training team for new hospice acquisitions.

Coordination of QAPI program in accordance with Medicare COP's. Audits and training on EMR. Bedside care of hospice patients and training of new field staff.
