Morning Duties:
Sanitation buckets with correct solution as well as towels with appropriate labels done through a label maker that are initialed by employee
Replenish ice in wells, metal pans, jewelry box
Remove in house made sauces from refrigerators and place and maintain jewelry box with ladles.
replace clean soda taps in soda machine
brew coffee, sweet/unsweet teas, as well as Minute Maid lemonade in appropriate canisters/dispensers
sugar bags
start bread warmer
remove two butter ball trays from refrigerator
make sure strawberry syrup, peach syrup, lemons, limes, and coffee creamer are setup
Maintain 3 monitors, one for drink tickets and bread to start off with each table order. One monitor is used for coldside, (soups, appetizers, salads, and desserts. The last monitor that is being utilized is for food expo such as (entrees.) Prep orders with correct sauces as you are waiting for each order that is being prepared
Closing duties:
change sanitation buckets with correct solution and labels done with label maker with correct date/time initial stamps
Change out in house made sauces into new pans with correct date/times initial stamps place in refridgerator or in freshly iced jewelry box
remake/replace sugar bags
Replace trays of butter balls utilizing a 100 scoop and cover with saran wrap, date/times and initial stamps
Wipe Serving trays and counters to ensure sanitation and cleanliness
