I have a love for cooking. Growing up helping my mom and grandma, I learned to cook and fell in love with it. I am a fast learner, communicative, works we with others or alone. Since starting school with Escoffier I have learned how to bake pastries, sweets, and bread. Wanting to go further and learn a lot more when done with these classes.
