  • Partnered with Behavioral Health Executive Leaders to pilot & evaluate digital cognitive behavioral therapy tools (CBT) within 50 primary care clinics to identify a cost-effective solution to increase access to mental health care.
  • Developed and implemented Providence's first digital research study, MyCOVIDDiary, in partnership with Clinical Analytics & Research team understand COVID symptoms from the patients' perspective.
  • Piloted and scaled first bi-directional, culturally diverse COVID SMS campaign to provide education and resources to PSJH's most vulnerable populations.
  • Partnered with Providence's COVID Vaccine Taskforce to develop their employee digital vaccination strategy, which resulted in ~75% employee vaccination rates of employees across 51 hospitals across seven states within the first few months of vaccine deployment.
