Key Accomplishments: Revised monthly infection control and endoscopy center’s daily safety checklist to reflect current standards of practice as recommended by SGNA. Ensured proper review and evaluation of performance for each employee is conducted on an annual basis providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement and retraining. Cleaned and organized supply room resulting in streamlined inventory of supplies as well as eliminating fire and safety hazards in the workplace.
