Oversee a department of 180 team members and supervisors. Knowledgeable in first and second processing. I coordinate production, maintenance, sanitation, quality, shipping and receiving areas, ensure sanitation meets USDA standards. I also analyze equipment on a daily basis and review with maintenance superintendent., establish challenging goals and standards for each supervisor, encourage them to give their best effort, monitor operations to meet company policy, quality specifications, USDA and OSHA standards.

Inspected products and machines to maintain quality and efficiency. Stripped and refinished hard surface floors to maintain quality condition and appearance. Monitored TM on site during production activities for safety procedures compliance. Tested products or subassemblies for functionality or quality and troubleshot problems with equipment, devices or products.
