Christina Kleindl

I am employed as an assembly line worker at Metalcraft of Mayville. Started there May 30th 2014, Have worked every shift there and have held many positions to include painter, paint line helper, CNC punch operator, assembly line and fork lift operator. While working at Metalcraft of Mayville Adjusted well to the fast-paced high volume environment. Became very proficient in quality checks and was very highly productive working in team-based settings.

I am also employed as a SSG in the Wisconsin National Guard. Have been working for the National Guard since October 21, 2002. Have been deployed on three separate occasions, most recently helping out Mendota Mental Health as a PCT-A as a float. The other two deployments were to Iraq as a military police and Madison, WI for covid response working at the call center providing citizens with their covid test results. Have received numerous awards and coins in the National Guard to include Army Achievement Medals, Write Ribbon, Army Commendation Medal. While serving in the Wisconsin National Guard Have developed a lot of skills to include good communication, time management, active listening and problem-solving abilities,
