  • Supervise and support the Recruitment Specialist throughout the hiring process - including candidate sourcing, interview coordination and participation, completing reference checks and job offer management. Will also step into the role as needed to provide full-cycle recruitment.


Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee morale, motivation and overall job satisfaction. Responsible for designing, planning and executing employee engagement events and retention initiatives in collaboration with departments to foster a positive and supportive work environment. Partner with Senior Leadership team and department heads to identify and address specific engagement needs across the organization.


Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees; addressing concerns, conflicts and inquiries promptly and confidentially. Enters benefit data into HRIS and manages ACA reporting. Facilitates accommodation requests and supports managers with leave-related guidance.


Performance Management
