  • As a Program Manager, Project Oversight were apart of my duties to manage end-to-end execution of strategic programs related to product development, supply chain optimization, regulatory readiness, or new market entry. As well to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Product Lifecycle and Development Oversee were another role that was included with my duties by being responsible for new product introduction (NPI) programs for medical devices, PPE, surgical tools, or diagnostic equipment. Ensure FDA, ISO 13485, and other regulatory compliance milestones are met during development. Collaborate with engineering and clinical teams to validate designs and oversee clinical trials or user testing if applicable. In addition to core responsibilities Supply Chain and Operations took place as I lead initiatives to improve sourcing, inventory management, and global logistics processes. Along with work with vendors and contract manufacturers to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods. Mitigate risk related to shortages, recalls, or QA issues. Process Improvement included me to Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile practices to increase operational efficiency as well to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks across departments like procurement, production, and QA. Furthermore Stakeholders and Compliance Management important in my role by serving as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, customers, and regulatory bodies. Create detailed reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation. Lastly, coordinate audits or internal reviews. Tools and Methodologies that are used on a daily are tools like MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, SAP, Salesforce Health Cloud, and QMS platforms (e.g. MasterControl). As well to apply methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or Stage-Gate depending on program phase and type.
