Take customer orders via phone call, email, and text. Look up chassis numbers, locate part numbers w/ pricing & availability for said orders/estimates. Build sales slip, pull/order needed parts for delivery/pick up. Process order and any payment for said order.
Inventory:
Place weekly stock orders w/ Navistar, direct ship and miscellaneous vendors. Receive said orders into Excede system. Print and process POs, pull and tag parts, package and ship out Navistar DIA returns and CAT core returns.
