Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Global Events while managing national and regional events and sponsorships – including (but not limited to) booth design and setup, staffing, logistics production and research for on and offsite meetings, preparing and maintaining budgets, contract negotiation, pre and post event communication to clients and staff, and establishing solid relationships with vendors and customers.
