• I perform radiographic analysis on tanks to ensure there are no defects in the tanks during the production. Any defects found no matter how severe must be repaired before ithey are sent on to the next step in the process, if repaired I re-xray the tank to ensure it was fixed properly

• Operated basic laboratory equipment such as balances, pH meter, colorimeter, spectrophotometer, autoclave and GC, etc.
• Documented information by maintaining daily logs and equipment record books.
• Trained new associates in laboratory procedures and standards.
• Registered and prepared samples for general analytical testing through data entry, weighing and physical homogenization.
• Collected and performed analytical testing on in-process product.

• I also worked in production of cooking oils, I ran several processes which included hydrogenation, deodorization, intersterification, and winterization of domestic edible oils. We processed the oil from a crude raw oil to a finished edible oil.
• During my 22 years at ADM i also set up and supervised their microbiological laboratory. I wrote the procedures, purchased the equipment and supplies. Set up and maintained all test results in the lab database. Trained all lab techs on how to perform microbiological and chemical testing on all margarine products products. Conducted audits, mock recalls, maintained records for customer and internal auditors
