At REE Medical I was an intake coordinator where I took inbound calls and made outbound calls for Veterans who are interested in the service that was provided to either start a new disability claim or looking into getting an increase on their current disability rating with the VA. The service provided medical evidence for their claims. I ran consultations to see if they qualified for services, collected necessary paperwork to become a client if qualified, explained how the services worked. This was a paid service. I went into pricing of the service and had to sell the value of the service for them to sign up as a client while gaining referrals for new leads.
At BCBST I work with BlueAdvantage account member’s. These are members that are on Medicaid or Medicare typically in the 65+age range. I assist with customer care work for them on their account, go over benefits, claims, and premium payments. I assist with finding providers and resources in their area that is useful to them in their service area as well.
Assist business customers with their current accounts and aggressively prospect for new business accounts. Proactively ask for referral and cold call new potoental business customers, very fast paced and took knowledge, aggressive attitude, and be very self motivated, also included running credit for potiental customer, set up new account, go over billing details and set up with new devices. With existing customer assisted with account questions, provided detail billing information, took payments and made payment arrangements, added new features to accounts by selling the product. Dealt with direct dealers assisting with new accounts. This position also included retention for the company.

During my time at T-Mobile I was a top performer in the center. After being in the position I moved into a manager position of supervising a team of sales reps becoming one of the top teams in the region.
At Prince Telecom I worked as a Dispatcher contracted through Comcast Cable. At this position I schedule and dispatch workers or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs. Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from workers to supervisors using telephones or two-way radios. Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment. Monitor personnel and/or equipment locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules. I also kept track of daily reports for nine systems.
At GRR I worked as a waste code tracker, in this position I was responsible for checking in trucks bringing in chemical waste. I would check in the truck, send them to the appropriate dock, then enter the waste they brought in into our computer system "Enviroware". After entering all information then informed the plant of how to dispose of the waste in the appropriate way. I also prepared outbound manifests, kept inventory, and filed all paperwork.
