• Responsible for product quality; in-process checks, accurately complete all quality documentation, quality documentation review, requalification, and rework.
• Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers.
• Assist line technicians with equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Keep machinery, work area, and floors neat and orderly, and comply with GMP requirements.
• Perform quality inspections, process tests, and record data accurately as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation for reporting PPH, scrap/waste, SAP, and MES transactions.

• Perform basic, standardized, and repetitive electronic assembly operations, and labeling of components, assemblies, or subassemblies.
• Prepare and manually assemble inserted components per visual aids, upon verification of specs from the blueprint.
• Visually inspect parts for proper insertion and placement.
• Utilize a bar code scanner and small hand tools.
• Ensure assemblies and components are properly handled and marked on PC boards.
• Accurately maintain progress reports, monitor, and restock parts bins as required.
• Work under the direct, close supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor, Line Manager, or other management as assigned.
• Maintain 5S order and cleanliness in the assigned area at all times.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position, and as directed by the supervisor.
• Comply with and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
