I used to be an avid runner, but found more purpose within weight lifting and saw that it developed my body more in physical fitness and made me happier in the long run with my goals within fitness. I have been weightlifting serious now for 3 years and I have been attending Muay Thai only again recently, but sought lessons in Thailand, which drove me to want to pursue the martial art when coming back to the United States. As well, I have participated within Tough Mudder races as a fun way to meet others from around the world and participate in friendly competition.
