Developed, refined, and earned approval on a new program to proactively avoid unnecessary unemployment compensation claims by creating a standard disciplinary action form and implementing it companywide with standardized procedures to document underperformance, noncompliance, critical errors, neglect, harassment, etc. to demonstrate just-cause for terminations. Managed employer's $100 bonus program to incentivize employees to get vaccinated against Coronavirus in 2021.
