HR Generalist Duties:
In this position I was responsible for all administrative operations acting as a
dynamic leader working closely with the maintenance supervisor. Created and
executed fun and interesting resident and facility events. Improved quality of
life for residents by directing repairs and managing ongoing facility
maintenance. Used Yardi and CRM software to track expenses and produce
reports. Reviewed, approved or denied invoices related to property costs based
on budgetary and contractual specifications. Maintained in-depth knowledge of
competition through consistent evaluation of market conditions and trends.
Liaised between company and owners to address and remedy ongoing concerns.
Compiled and conveyed all operational and financial data to regional manager.
Assisting a new construction lease up for our property of 256 units.
Involvement included walking units for exceptions, coordinating with
construction supervisors and assisting with daily operations. Monitoring
delinquency reports and month end. Assisting and training the leasing team
including property tours, meeting lease up goals. Monitoring delinquency reports
and maintaining a .1% average.
Our property sold November 2018 and relocated to TX.
Aided property manager in achieving monthly NOI goals by collecting bad debt
and monthly expenses. Monitoring delinquency reports and month end. I focused
on resident retention, leasing/touring the community, upholding integrity of the
community's growth and appearance, processing leases and renewals.
