Clinical Ladder

 I participate in our SPD clinical ladder, I take on extra tasks to help create a better work flow. Working with our Manager to improve communication with the OR. I take on the Call schedule for Women's and Babies Hospital. I'm the Shift Leader of Women's and Babies, and also the Suburban OutPatient Pavilion. I handle the the daily schedule to make sure we have coverage at both facilities. These are things I do for my clinical ladder.

Additional Information

I would like to stress that I love my work, and I have a great feeling of accomplishment everyday! Knowing that I make a difference for the patients is something I strive for each day. I know SPD is behind the scenes, but we are the first step in successful outcomes.
