Summary

I started my work experience with over 10 years in the manufacturing industry. From cosmetics to perfumes to pharmaceuticals. Fork lift trained and operated many heavy machinery in this field. Conducted Quality assurance . Got an opportunity to work in the corporate world at a major automotive company. Worked as a customer service representative for over 10 years. Processed hundreds of orders a day via phone and web. Diagnosed issues and solved them. Submitted warranty and non warranty claims. Made excellent rapport with all the clients. Now my most recent opportunity came along from a friend who referred me to work for the schools. Since starting as a Para in the Mahwah schools, I then also took on Kumon and the YMCA. I have found working with kids to be very rewarding.
