Enrollment Specialist, Admissions counselor

Bay Path University
06.2021 - 11.2023

As an Enrollment Specialist , I was the first point of contact to work with prospective students and others involved in the college selection process and collaborate with many colleagues to facilitate aspects of the recruitment process. While guiding potential students through the application process, I provided information about program requirements and helped navigate all questions about the university. My daily schedule involved making a large number of outgoing calls , incoming calls , texts, chats and emails, answering questions and providing detailed information on policies. Collecting information and qualifying candidates for programs, services and courses. Scheduling opportunities for students to attend information sessions with counselors. Assisting with events that were beneficial to the enrollment process. As an enrollment center specialist , I have strong organizational skills, time management skills , a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, administrative skills, strong computer skills, knowledge of database and relative software programs. In particular, Salesforce was used in my previous position. It was essential for me to work as a liaison between the university and the potential students while maintaining accurate information about all programs and information.
