  • Procurement of fixtures and furniture for all PRL Factory Outlet Stores. This included the design and development of schematic drawings for new fixtures that improved the retail environment and increase sales, sourcing materials and vendors, reviewing shop drawings and prototypes for approval.
  • Formulate interior and exterior signage packages. This included the development of schematic drawings, directing project architects to ensure PRL logo and graphics standards were maintained, reviewing shop drawings for sign fabrication, and obtaining corporate approval.
  • Acted as a liaison between PRL, retail developers and vendors. This included directing the work of millwork and signage vendors, negotiating national contractual pricing, reviewing fixture and signage bids, working with the other department to establish fixture capacity and design information.
  • Manage logistics of the fixture and signage programs. This included creating purchase orders for expenditures, scheduling and managing fixture and signage shipments, verifying receipt, punch list preparation for design compliance and quality control and creating a fixture/furniture reference manual.
  • Financial Responsibility. This included providing asset management, management of asset removal and transfer, monitoring fixture/signage condition throughout all stores, creating evaluation of depreciation information, preparation of budget spreadsheets and formal reporting to PRL management
