  • Led a large multidisciplinary team in the development of a scheduled admission process for our chemotherapy patients resulting in a delay decrease of 3 days on average utilizing Lean Six Sigma Principles.
  • Collaborated with interdisciplinary team to organize and develop an Oncology Specialty Development Course to increase the knowledge and care delivered to our oncology patients by nurses newly exposed to this specialty.
  • Helped developed a new blood culture order set that is being adopted by the system to increase accuracy and accountability inline with our CLABSI reduction focus.
  • Highly Reliable Rounding Coach for other unit managers to foster a new culture resulting in substantially improved Net Promoter Scores Scores (NPS) for our facility.
  • Implemented a Let's Get Moving! improvement plan which increased the patient's daily ambulation resulting in a decreased length of stay to obtain a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
