I am currently am a Resident Assistant in Canyon Crest Suites at Utah State University. My current position requires me to consistently demonstrate leadership and communicate effectively and accurately, as well as work cohesively as a team with other staff members.

• Responded to room transfers, incident reports, and maintenance requests.
• Attended, participated, and contributed to monthly staff meetings addressing resident needs.
• Organized and hosted social and educational events for residents to foster meaningful connections and community spirit.
• Mediated conflict resolution with roommates and other residence hall members to promote peace, order, and positive relationships.
• Balanced a personal and community budget for programming

As a To-Go Assistant, I manage 4 different channels of incoming orders at one time, so I must be efficient as well as accurate in preparing orders and handing them off to restaurant guests. I can handle a very fast-paced, high-stress work environment and adapt to changes and learning curves rather well. I work well with others and often will step up to take the reigns in times of chaos. I have one of the lowest percentages for order mistakes amongst the staff in To-Go at Chili's, so attending to precision is a strength I have gained working at Chili's.

I served as the Vice President of Marketing of the
Utah State University DECA Chapter, which is
an organization in which you compete in case
studies pertaining to a variety of Business
subjects such as Marketing, Business Administration, and Finance.

• Managed recruitment campaigns and event marketing initiatives in print, video, web, and social media.
