social media, creation of resource guides, and flyer distribution trough out the ward
Administration / Customer Service:
Designed and implemented functional processes of the day to day operation for all front desk
matters and daily constituent issues and services, answering phones, responding to email inquiries, to include daily parking passes,
aldermanic letters, simple permitting, yard sales, sidewalk sales, truck permits, etc.
