Summary

Throughout my 19 years of teaching, I have always been an active participant within my school community and home community.


My classroom thrives as a structured, diverse environment where students of various learning types engage is multifaceted teaching approaches. I am a professional educator with strong foundation in elementary teaching. I posses a proven track record in fostering collaborative classroom environment and adapting to changing needs. I am also skilled in curriculum development, classroom management, and student engagement.


While an educator, I served as a head representative and a building representative for my teachers union. I also have been a part of math & social studies pilot programs, curriculum writing, school climate team, school spirit team, teacher mentor programs, tutoring programs, etc. This past year, I was selected as a Grade Level Leader for the district’s first year of implementing this position. I look forward to continuing this position along with many others in order to further my career and the academic career of students.


Outside of the classroom, I am the Vice Chairwoman for the Wall Township Planning board. Being involved in my community is extremely important to me in order to ensure that the best decisions are made for our town and for the future of our community.
