I went up to the tables to make sure their experience was everything they were hoping for. I took the servers money at the end of their shift. I did the drawer the the bartenders. I check all sections and went through the kitchen to make sure everything was done and shut off.

  • Once a week the general manager and myself would come into the restaurant at 7:30 am and do inventory. twice a week I would be there by 8am to put our trucks away.
