  • Received incoming new cars from factory, checked paperwork and reviewed bills of lading for any damages noted, gave each unit new stock number and prepared new deal bag for each unit to file. Then sent new unit to service for preparation to be frontline ready to be sold.
  • Stocked in all trade vehicles, purchase vehicles, and prepared all CPO vehicles for service with necessary paperwork required BMW for Warranty.
  • Notated any necessary notes in Rapid Recon for service department and moved vehicles to the proper steps before taking them to service for inspection
  • Maintained a 140 car loaner fleet
  • When loaners were miled out and removed from fleet, I converted all ex-loaners to used vehicles, gave them a new stock number, certified them, and prepped them for inspection for the used car department
