- Assisted Salesmen with coordination of projects from inception of project up until the equipment shipped and delivered.
- This included but not limited to tracking down projects to bid, pulling all plans/specs/addendums on projects to set up in bidding folder and send out to various factories for pricing.

- Once quote was completed, sent out to the various contractors.
- Tracked down the low bidder and contacted them to see when contracts notices would be awarded.
- Continued to communicate with the awarded contractor until notice was awarded and then update our quote to current date/pricing.
- Once we were provided a PO for the project, I would then prepare the submittals to be sent out for review and approval.
- I would follow up on submittal approvals and also assist with responses to submittal comments.
