  • CENTRAL CONTROL: answering multiple phone lines, monitoring and answering radio traffic, monitoring three levels of video feed (30-40 camera views), researching all new intake's history for acceptance into facility, monitoring all entrances into the facility and allowing clearance through secured doors and vehicle sally access.
  • COMMISSARY OFFICER: maintaining all inmate cash accounts, ordering for all inmate commissary, ordering all communal items, payment to vendors, balancing all inmate funds coming into and leaving the facility, handling inmate court ordered payments, maintenance of inmate education credits for time reduction, and investigation of any abuse of the commissary program or inmate's cash accounts.
  • CLASSIFICATION OFFICER: classification of new intakes for housing and programming purposes, maintenance of all inmate files/records, calculating inmate sentences for release dates, communication between other law enforcement agencies and institutions nationwide both local and federal, and interacting with court representatives and judges.
  • TRANSPORTAION OFFICER: transport of sentenced inmates to state prison, state and private mental health facilities, handling of any governor removal warrants, coordinating of out of state fugitive removals and deliveries, and transportation of inmates to medical appointments out side of the facility.
  • MEDICAL OFFICER: in charge of coordinating up to five clinics simultaneously while keeping inmate classification separated, responsible for medical staff's safety, escorting medical staff to housing units when necessary, and assisting with medical procedures when required.
  • BOOKING OFFICER: responsible for processing new intakes, printing new intakes and updating finger printing database, directly monitoring all inmates in the booking area, processing inmate releases from the system and escorting them from the facility.
