To provide support to the anesthesiologist, the CRA make sure that the anesthesia machine is working properly making sure that I do a leak test in the morning and make sure it’s functioning before we do the first surgery case of the day making sure that they have a clean soda line making sure that you have clean blades for the first case of the day ordering anesthesia, supplies, stocking anesthesia, carts, making sure we have a glide scope whenever we have emergency, difficult intubation, helping the anesthesiologist transferred the patients to preop or recovery or to the units assist anesthesiologist provider with pediatric cases setting up IV for the pediatric cases making sure every anesthesia machine has a oxygen tank air tank and nitrous tank making sure every anesthesia machine has CO that flow gases in every machine

• Maintained sterile anesthesia supplies within expiration date.
• Maintained and cleaned anesthesia machines by changing soda-lime, refilling vaporizers with anesthetic agents and replacing nitrous, oxygen and air cylinders.

Stock anesthesia courts on the evening shift make sure they have what they need and everything is well stock with intubating tubes airways, 4 x 4 tapes sample lines, different type of art lines, fluids in the cart making sure the court has circuits on it and blue bags on it making sure I have everything they need for the cases in the morning where you do not have to keep running and get what the anesthesiologist need
