  • Assist peer review Quality Management Committees by reviewing 20+ waivered skills per month, low-frequency high-risk medical acts, and referred patient care prior to meetings.
  • Design yearly skills and performance testing for EMS providers to ensure the quality of care provided to patients.
  • Track education for all providers who attend continuing education and ensure all requirements to renew are provided in a two-year cycle.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining EMS Guidelines.
  • Teach American Heart Association ACLS, PALS, and CPR.
  • Led and support education instructors for EMR, EMT, and EMT-IV classes.
