• Routing of Delta's flight crews while maintaining compliance with applicable Federal Air Regulations,
contractual work rules, and company processes and procedures.
• Maintaining a constant awareness of the current day operation by monitoring flight activity and
crew (Pilot and Flight Attendant) events.
• Proactively responding to and anticipating events to minimize flight delays and cancellations.
• Responsible for ensuring every flight has a crew assigned to it and Delta computer systems are
updated with accurate routing information.
• Proficiency with Delta’s Pilot Working Agreement (PWA), Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and Flight
Attendant’s Work Rules (FAWR).
• Work with multiple teams including but not limited to: Pilot Scheduling, Inflight Scheduling, Flight
Dispatch, System Operations Managers (SOM), Duty Pilot.
• Provide on the job training to new trackers while ensuring a safe and compliant operation.
• Responsible of providing crew members with accurate information about their duty limitations,
legalities or general information via phone or chat.
• Load and activate airline submitted flight schedules in the
Aris (Gate Management System, BB Client, Schedule
Builder/Loader)
• Communicate with airline representatives regarding flight
schedules
• Liaison between Delta Airlines and Other Airlines operating
in Atlanta (International and Domestic)
• Understand and apply all common use regulations
• Communicate pertinent gate information to airlines, DOA,
AATC, TSA, CBP and other parties
• Prepare monthly international flight schedule for airlines,
DOA, AATC, TSA, CBP and other parties
• Plan, organize, manage, and direct programs in the
administration and operation of Concourse E, F, and the
Airport's common use facilities and equipment
• Oversee and manage activities that ensure and enforce
compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related
to Airport operations
• Actively participate in meetings on facilities, operations,
building improvements and addressing the needs of CBP,
TSA, DOA and FIS airlines and domestic carriers
• Responsible for the oversight of the maintenance of the FIS
Facility, Plane-mates, Co-buses, the Operations and Control
Center and North Terminal Ticketing/Baggage Facility
• Inspect facilities, grounds and equipment and ensure safe
and efficient operation
• Establish work schedules and assign duties, review work for
thoroughness and coordinate work with other departments,
and subcontractors.
• Coordinate aircraft parking and gate assignments for
diversions, emergencies, and normal operation among
tenants and other Airport users
• Maintain log of significant events that occur during shift,
prepare reports and maintain records.
• Actively participate in planning committees, operational
meetings and customer service training projects
• Monitors inbound traffic through radar system within
assigned area in accordance with FAA procedures and contracted agencies
