• Ensure Initial repair orders are created as well as DVIR’s are converted to repair orders.
• Work with technicians and shop leads to coordinate service times between the Maintenance department and the Operations team

I was responsible to communicate closely with our customers and plan daily pick ups and deliveries of Bulk products and Explosive loads. I am the supervisor for 6 drivers and 3 yard man. I coordinate the yard to make sure product gets loaded for our customers and the drivers to complete deliveries, communicate with the Alaska Railroad to bring railcars of product on to our rail spur according to demand. I utilize the Truckmate system to input bills of lading and enter the appropriate hazardous information to accompany all hazmat loads. I keep track of detention billing and run reports when asked. I coordinate with other departments to facilitate their needs as well for example I communicate with the Refineries to make sure our drivers are in their system and our equipment is up to date . I am the point of contact for Estes and Alyeska Peddlerun and Backhaul loads. I work closely with billing to make sure things are entered and charged properly. I am assigned with projects to help coordinate the data entry and billing aspects. I facilitate our employees with keeping up on their certifications as well as policies and procedures. I work with Continuous improvement to verify, create and update SOP's. I help customers who come in to pick up freight, direct them on release of freight and collect monies owed. I answer the front phone and transfer calls to the correct department or help with customer service in answering customers questions. I use Excel and am able to copy and scan documents to the proper location.
Tire service and sales, write up service orders for tire repair or installation. Help customer pick the right tires for their needs and resize if needed. Answer phones, communicate with customer and tire man regarding customer needs. Stock show room and take care of lobby. Opening and Closing duties, count cash and balance daily sheets. During my time at American tire I learned how to write service for the repair side of the business. I filled in for the main service writer when needed.
2009 I returned to Jiffy lube after maternity leave. Lube techs are responsible for basic maintenance on vehicles. I changed oil and checked and filled fluids underneath a vehicles hood, I changed gearbox fluid and performed radiator and transmission flushes. I also sold services and ran the front desk cashing customers out, answered phones,checked in inventory and provided customers with preventative maintenance schedules
