· Provided training for military members and their families who were new to the program, ensuring that participants understood program details, rights, entitlements, and the tools needed to navigate recent DOD changes (e.g., DODI 1315.19).

· Created and led training for senior command leaders to address the increase in Early Return Requests for EFMP Families.

Non-Medical Case Management –

· Maintained detailed records for more than 300 EFMP families and ensured compliance with both EFMP program requirements and Commander Navy Installation Command (CNIC) policies.

· Assisted more than 300 EFMP families by providing comprehensive resources for overseas PCS moves, medical and non-medical needs, and cultural transitions, including searchable guides and directories of contacts to help with the transition process.

Marketing & Outreach –
