Schedule monthly inspections of hospitals to identify compliance gaps related to waste streams. Partner with EVS Directors and facility leadership during inspection. Utilize the Virtual Compliance Partner Application to create a comprehensive report. Schedule meetings to review inspection report with facility leadership. Provide consultative resources. Project manage and implement waste stream services for hospital projects communicating expectations and schedules to internal team members and vendors. Develop customized training and educational materials for each facility. Utilize tracking tools to review and monitor third party vendor invoices for accuracy of contracted waste streams cost and weights. Identify cost savings opportunities. Serve as the primary liaison in managing all aspects of the integrated waste stream solutions of each facility.

• Educate customers on safety and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of state regulatory and accreditation standards. Conduct annual on site OSHA inspections/hipaa gap analysis in facilities which include but are not limited to surgical hospitals, medical, dental, laboratories, veterinary, correctional, assisted living, hospice, funeral, coroners and county government facilities.
• Generate detailed reports at conclusion of each on site visit. Advised on required policies, corrective actions and communicating deadlines to complete compliance on time.
