Accomplishments

  • Created a spreadsheet to track flu shot records. I was able to accurately track which families needed to provide the record and informed the parents who had not produced one and we reached 100% and updated CYPBMS.
  • Created a spreadsheet to track children’s start date and end date, their ages, sponsor’s status, and sponsor’s type which aided in Ops Reports being completed on time and accurately.
  • Attended 20 CYPBMS trainings. The trainings aided in setting up how to get started with CYPBMS once we went live. Clerks from YP and CDC were able to reach out to me for guidance.
  • Created a missed punch form for staff to fill out. Staff are held accountable if they forget to clock in or clock out. Timecards have improved and time spent correcting them has decreased.
