Emerging Leaders Program is a multi-phased development program that includes classroom sessions, an offsite team building event, a process improvement project, and post-class continuing development opportunities. Participation in the Emerging Leaders Program is initiated by reporting manager nomination, and of 100 candidates, was chosen to be apart of our 2019 class of 30 graduates.
