· Led global corporate strategy via the introduction and adoption of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) within all functions of the business leading to ;

Led and built the Transaction Advisory Services practice from $0 to $8M+ in revenue which was pivotal in the successful acquisition of 9Gauge Partners by E78 Partners. Engagement lead for Transaction Services clients in Director / CFO role for early stage to mid-market clients ($2B +); highlights include:

GI Alliance (Waud Capital): Engagement Lead / pre-close, August 2018 to July 2021

o Led finance organization in moving initial pillar practices, ASCs, pathology, and pharmacy from disparate cash based financial operations to consolidated operations, further lead numerous successful buy and build pillar, platform, and tuck-in integrations from pre-close on – streamlining operations and building the foundation for 20x growth and successful exit at a $2.2B valuation;

o Participated in board prep, reporting and in board meetings;

o Established consolidated reporting to budget, physician reporting, PE partner reporting, credit reporting and MSO reporting structure through the introduction of Adaptive Insights, improving accountability and automation from the onset of the transaction;

o Led team in establishing KPI views and EBITDA views to enable practice-level accountability, credit reporting, management, and board reporting;

o Created and advised on budget and forecast models, gaining practice physicians and PE partner buy-in; initial modeling structure is still being used and the 9Gauge team continues to automate budget and controllable cost processes to create insights and business efficiencies;

Retina Consultants of American (Webster Capital): Engagement Lead / Interim CFO - pre-close, Jan 2020 to May 2021

o Led team in establishing HQ finance structure and MSO structure for each of the initial five pillar practices building the foundation for further growth by acquisition;

o Led team of over 35 in the finance organization in moving five pillar practices from disparate cash-basis financials to consolidated accrual-based financials within 90 days post-close for credit reporting, PE partner reporting and audit deadlines;

o Established consolidated reporting and EBITDA views for credit reporting, management reporting and board reporting purposes;

o Led creation of physician's compensation, treasury forecasts and initial budget models gaining practice physicians and PE partner buy-in;

  • Lottery.com SPAC Transaction: CFO / Engagement lead -Assisted the company in preparation and execution of SPAC transition
