My responsibilities included not only staying compliant within manufacturer rules but state and federal law for advertising. Also guiding each dealership in their own individual marketing efforts using data to reinforce my suggestions

  • Weekly email campaigns for all 13 dealerships and reporting to each general manager on click through rates and engagement using the CRM data to match back sales.
  • Creation of service coupon or specials in conjunction with each service mangers for each dealership. Using data insights to grow current repair orders or help during periods alleviate periods of decline.
  • Monthly and Bi-Weekly reporting of all online marketing efforts including ROI data on 3rd party vendors
  • Working with each general managers to plan their budget for the next month or quarter.
