I can manage people as I have been doing that with the new hires since I've started. From watching and learning the past two years I know what to do to thrive at this next level and ultimately make Synergy thrive. I will do anything that is asked of me. I will not fail. I will give 100 percent of my time and knowledge to Synergy. Here at Synergy Rents I came in as a shop technician. Quickly learned day to day operations of the store and realized that I wanted to be able to help Synergy in other ways. I quickly started learning the computer system and Rentalman. I was asked to start help keeping up with inventory parts as well as ordering parts for the shop through smart equip. I was asked by management to take new hire employees and teach them the skills of the computer and Rentalman as well as day to day task of synergy rents. I also took and completed the Duetz training class that was held at our location.

Worked on heavy duty trucks. Was sent to alignment school and was certified in heavy duty alignments. Not long became lead tech and was chosen to teach task to new hires that were hired on. I was a very loyal and devoted employee and after working there for 7 years I was approached by a couple gentleman from synergy rents that had seen my devotion from doing work for Synergy and was asked to come to come to work at Synergy and ultimately made the decision to change careers and switch to heavy duty equipment.

Started as a Tire Tech but was quickly promoted to shop manager where I managed 2 other employees as well as customers on a daily basis. I handled billing as well as ordering of parts as well as billing the customers out and customer relations. I was a very devoted employee on a day to day basis. My devotion and passion caught the attention of the manager at Horton Truck which is why i was asked to come to work for them. I made the decision to make that jump to better my career.
