Currently fulfilling all duties of a First Shift Supervisor including but not limited to:

• Building and developing current team by encouraging feedback, listening to concerns and eliminating obstacles
• Working directly with all support teams to ensure team members have support needed
• Encouraging feedback from team members
• Benchmarking best practices throughout department
• Working with maintenance, continuous improvement, engineering and operators as DOM leader to increase equipment uptime
• Leading Continuous Improvement Events
• Working proactively with HSE team by identifying hazards and eliminating
